We basically charge for the amount of sessions we need to do while we are at your centre.

It could be 1 session, 2 sessions, or even 6 sessions.

The prices range from $440 (GST inc) to $1500 (GST inc) for 1 visit.

A visit could contain multiple sessions.

No, the full amount is payable within 1 month of the event.

We send you the invoice 1 month before the event.

This services is pre-paid, unless you are restricted by your company. In that case the invoice will be paid on the day or the week of the event.

The invoice is to be paid via Electronic Funds Transfer (i.e using the BSB and Account Number on the invoice).

Once the booking is confirmed you will receive:

1. a confirmation email containing the full schedule, public liability, WWC, tagging, MTOP mapping
2. an invoice 1 month prior to the visit (i.e this is pre-paid)
3. a visit on the agreed date

The start time options are:

Morning Session

• 09:00 AM
• 09:30 AM
• 10:00 AM
• 10:30 AM

Afternoon Session

• 12:30 PM
• 01:30 PM
• 02:00 PM
• 02:30 PM

No worries.

Though we do encourage you to reschedule instead of cancel.

If you reschedule, then we hold on to the payment.

If you cancel with no intention of rebooking, we return the full amount to you.

Much effort is put forth to fully inform you about the service so you can have an accurate expectation.

We are very good at what we do!

So the likelihood of you being not satisfied is extremely low.

If (for some reason) you are not satisfied, then there is no refund.

If the invoice has been paid and (for some reason) you experience a major drop in the child count, then we will consider giving you a partial refund.

We have lessons for 5-12yrs

In our experience, some of these experiences are well suited for children with special needs, and/or who have hypersensitivities.

Please send us an email or call us so we can try to customise to your needs.

We will ask specific questions regarding these children, and guide you in the selection process so you get the most value.

All of our lessons map to the MTOP, and you will receive the mapping via email when you confirmation the booking

Yes,

If you book a stand-alone program, in your confirmation email you will receive a blurb, and the Mapping to the MTOP.

In addition to this you can ask the presenter who visits your centre, they will be happy to help you extend the topic.
